A captivating residence nestled in the historic center of Estepona, close to the beach, and surrounded by the charm of the picturesque streets characteristic of Andalusian towns.

This townhouse, situated between party walls, unfolds under highly restrictive conditions due to the plot’s dimensions and regulatory limitations dictating both the width and height of the different floors. Despite these challenges, we have managed to create a unique and functional space that reflects the essence of the location.

Our clients, lovers of hospitality and privacy, have inspired a design that perfectly balances these two aspects. The residence has been conceived to accommodate numerous guests, providing them with a feeling of being at home while offering our clients an intimate retreat to disconnect from the daily hustle.

The importance of daytime spaces is highlighted in this project, with areas designed for enjoyment and socializing. Likewise, special attention has been given to spaces dedicated to rest and relaxation, ensuring a harmonious balance in the distribution of functions.

The residence is bathed in abundant natural light filtering in from the courtyard, beautifully illuminating the main living spaces. This project not only represents a creative response to architectural challenges but also a warm and inviting home where functionality combines with aesthetics in the heart of Estepona’s historic center.
