A residence located in the charming historic center of Algeciras. Despite being situated between party walls, this property features a unique characteristic: marvelous masonry walls that, initially in ruins, have been restored and carefully integrated into the new architecture.

This project comes to life thanks to a wonderful family passionate about archaeology and history. Collaboration with them has allowed our design to benefit from synergies, resulting in a unique and meaningful work.

In our approach, natural light is a crucial element. Despite having a central courtyard around which the different spaces of the residence are distributed, we have strategically incorporated skylights that not only illuminate but also beautify the main areas.
