In this case, the task was to carry out a renovation that would bring light and life to a family home situated between neighboring houses in a neighborhood with a rich history in Fuengirola. The house had become outdated over time and needed to adapt to a new generation arriving with ambitious projects to fill this small home with light and joy.

The staircase in the house played a pivotal role in the space, acting as the articulating element capable of differentiating two areas essential for this family. One is a more public zone, closely connected to the entrance, where private piano lessons could be conducted. The other is a more private area ready to be enjoyed with good food and friends.
